I visited the clinic for my puppy’s vaccination and asked a few additional health questions as I was concerned. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The doctor’s responses felt blunt and dismissive, often just saying “it’s a puppy” without providing proper explanations or reassurance. Best vet in the western suburbs by far! Naomi really looked after my baby boy and treated him like her own. You can definitely tell this isn’t just a job for her, it’s a passion. Thank you so much again for looking after him and for supporting me as well. I’d also like to thank Imogen, one of the many amazing vet nurses at this clinic, for taking such great care of my boy. You are all wonderful and deserve all the praise!

Never taking my animals to this vet again. Our cat was constantly throwing up and losing weight fast. We took her in for an ultrasound and biopsy, and we were told 1-2 days max for results. We ended up having to wait a week for the results whilst my cat suffered. Once we got the results, they ended up telling me that the results were inconclusive due to not taking a good enough sample. Excellent customer service and care! Our dog has had TPLO surgery on both legs at this clinic. Dr. Alex has been very accommodating with all of our questions and has been incredibly caring toward our dog. Elyshia, the receptionist, has also been wonderful (and all of their other staff). We are very happy with our overall experience. 🤍✨️
