I wanted to purchase a car but wasn’t able to go into the store. Wayne was very helpful gave me all the details for the car and did a walk around for me. I didn’t end up purchasing the car but Wayne was very helpful during the process.
Sales department has been great, thanks to Rob for making my purchase easy and smooth. Still early to tell about their service department or warranty support but so far happy with my purchase service.
Brought a car from these guys the cars beautiful only problem is it had a back up battery in the back which was the main reason I chose this particular one come to pick it up took the car home had a look in the back and they had removed it for no reason the excuse was for roadworthy there was a wire showing instead of securing the wire they removed the whole system gave them a call and they say its here come and pick it up. Is this what dealers do if something is not roadworthy remove it I dont think so.
My husband and I have just purchased our new car from Melton Toyota. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Corina who was friendly, professional and went above and beyond meeting our expectations. Communication was excellent and she is everything you want in a car salesperson. An amazing asset to Melton Toyota. We will be looking to purchase a car for our daughter in the next year or so, and will definitely be coming back to see Corina.
