Very disappointed with the clinic’s customer service. I was referred by my GP, but the receptionist Jackie was rude and unhelpful when booking my appointment. She spoke over me, didn’t listen to my questions, and seemed more focused on following a script than actually assisting. When I asked why she was being rude, she replied, 'I need to be stern as part of my job.' My experience has been excellent. Highly recommended.
I am extremely disappointed in this clinic. I have had an initial appointment with Dr Pallemulla for my son cancelled twice, the second time I wasn't even informed that the drs clinic had been cancelled for in person appointments and i just happened to call to check. We need an in person appointment as you cannot possibly properly assess someone over telehealth. I have since called them twice to attempt rescheduling and am yet to receive a call back from both occasions. I dont believe this is good enough and I'm extremely di... read more
