Very disappointed with the clinic’s customer service. I was referred by my GP, but the receptionist Jackie was rude and unhelpful when booking my appointment. She spoke over me, didn’t listen to my questions, and seemed more focused on following a script than actually assisting. When I asked why she was being rude, she replied, 'I need to be stern as part of my job.'
