Our experience with this brokerage was frustrating from start to finish. The buyer was a first time homebuyer, and it didn’t feel like they were given realistic expectations about purchasing a used home, the inspection process, or what is considered normal maintenance versus legitimate defects. My mother and father were tenants of Jean Melton They were treated with so much disrespect that I can't even Put it in words. They were kicked out of their own home for lack of payment but there was no lack of payment there. In my opinion they were put out because of his daughterThat disagreed with my mother.
