Seven years ago I bought a 2004 Subaru Forester from Dave and Heather; to this day, the car has been fantastic! I'm so happy with it. Then recently I had an issue with vehicle registration in a new state; I called Melton Motors, and they kindly dug out my old vehicle file and texted me photos of the files I needed. Honest work and excellent service.
Dave didn't waste my time and transparently offered me the going local auction price to sell my used car to him. A week later after fishing around Stoughton and Madison for other quotes I came back and we had a done deal in 20 minutes. His standing offer was one of the best and he didn't jerk me around before giving me a firm and fair number. Even got me a ride home across town. Can't beat that.
