My mum attended this clinic for over 40 years. In mid-2025 she developed pneumonia. I knew something was seriously wrong as soon as I heard her speak — I’d had pneumonia myself the year before (a different strain), and recognised the signs immediately. I told her she needed to go to hospital, but she was stubborn and in denial. We convinced her to attend this clinic, hoping they would call an ambulance or at least insist she go to hospital. For 44 years we have been coming to this practice. I have never been so frustrated or upset with the drs. I have asked them to complete forms only to be told that I don't know the history and get the treating Dr to sign the form, however it is all there on the file. Or to get a Medical document signed and I get it is a form we need to book a double appointment and then receive another call to say the form is too complicated and we need to book with another dr. I have been attending this clinic for over 15 years - my main Drs are Dr John Lee or Dr Soloczynskyj both Drs are outstanding. They are Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, empathetic, kind and mostly caring about their patients and me. The girls at the front desk are always accomodating, will always try to fit you in or let you know when best to ring to see if an appointment has changed.
