Tom found a solution just in time for Summer, and we did not even have to replace our unit. His expertise is invaluable! Prompt, professional, and great communication. Tom was prompt and thorough. Got right to the problem. He had to order a part that needed to be replaced, kept us inform all the time about the shipping and delivery.
