We had an excellent home building experience with Mark and Melton Homes, the process was great, we love our new home, built well, and everything we wanted. I would refer anyone to him if they are looking to have a custom home built.
I consider myself a good judge of character and I knew Mark Melton would be our builder within 5 mins of meeting him. During the building process he proved me right. He's honest and easy to get along with. He says what he means and means what he says, which I really appreciate. We had never built a custom home before so we didn't know what to expect, but our building experience was smooth and relatively stress free and we couldn't be happier with our home.
