Melting Point Jewelers was great! I called recently about fixing a clasp on my necklace and Diane was lovely and got me in the same day. Within less than 10 minutes, my clasp was fixed and cleaned up! Diane was very sweet and kind and she really helped me out with my minor issue. I highly recommend you check out Melting Point!

Actually this place is now located inside of Erik Jewelers. That is where I stopped for some advice on jewelry from THE master jeweler in WNY ..Dave Anderson. Anything jewelry related...this is the place to go!
Excellent experience every time! Over the past 20 years my husband and I have created a lovely little collection of items from The Melting Point. We started off with my engagement ring & wedding rings. I now have a collection of one of kind pieces from Diane. A beautiful custom Mommy ring. Necklaces, earrings, an antique replica of my grandmother's ring. And soon I will have a gorgeous cameo ring. Everything thing she does is perfection!
