Im going to say this with respect & hope you guys take this into consideration. Great studio, good machines, good music, fun atmosphere. There are two instructors who genuinely know what they are doing - Haley and Janie. I took certain classes where the instructors were not helping women with their form and people were doing moves completely wrong that couldve resulted in injury. The transitions of the instructors seemed sloppy, and not good. I have taken lagree from mamy studios and doing it for years. The instructors here ... read more

Love Melt! It’s low impact & high intensity & I burn around 400+ calories per class. My only con is booking. Booking opens a week before but essentially if you don’t book by midnight you’re not getting a spot. There’s been times I’m on my way to class at 8am to book for the next week & it’s already full. It’s pretty frustrating especially when you’re already so limited in how many days a week you can come, not to mention coming from outside of Brownsville.
