Bought my second vehicle from here. I can’t express how appreciative I am of the service that I received. From the owner, down to the worker at the office. I was met with professionalism from start to finish. The owner made sure I was taken of care and triple checked over my car before I left the lot to ensure everything was up to par! And it was. I even like the fact that he offers on site financing. I would definitely recommend Mel’s Way to my family and friends time and time agin. He has a loyal customer in me for sure.
I will never buy from this place again. I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion after purchasing it. Two hours after purchasing it, I found the temperature gauge was very high. I went back and received no assistance or help Is bad
I wouldn’t buy a car here. The communication wasn’t good, the same time that I was going in to look at and buy a car, another girl came in expecting to look at and buy the same car as me. The person selling it didn’t tell her there were other people looking. I’m glad she wasn’t able to get it because as soon I took that vehicle off the lot and took it home, it never ran again and is now needing a new transmission. Bought a car , and days later it was overheating I took it back he paid his mechanic to fix it. I now continue my mechanical business thru his shop. Nice guy fast and easy purchase
