I had to put a claim in for my windshield. I spoke with Maddie and she was awesome. She set me up with the auto insurance rep and had the technicians come out to where I work. The windshield was installed and Evan the tech was awesome. Highly recommend them.
A highway rock cracked my windshield on Thursday. They had me in on the following Tuesday. I was in and out in an hour and a half with a brand new OEM windshield and recalibrated. Good as new! Thanks to my insurance, I didn't pay a dime. The staff were all super nice, informative, and easy to work with. Top-notch, would recommend.
Took my mom’s car in to patch a chip in the windshield. Took care of the chip for a good price, and it didn’t take long either. Staff were kind too.
Very satisfied with my experience. The girls at the front office are super nice with great service and attentiveness. I had my regulator break 4 times over the past year, and John was the only guy to figure out why it kept breaking and explained to me why. I wish I came to Mel’s sooner. Highly recommend!
