Wife and I camp in Cooperstown and never had chance to eat here. We went 6/18/26 for the first time. You walk in great atmosphere and beautiful decor. We were seated water was filled. Wait staff came over told us about drink and meal specials gave us a few minutes came placed order. Soup came out nice and hot and delicious. Meal came out and it was out of this world. To me, this is the go to spot in Cooperstown. We went 3x during our week when we were there. The food is delicious, the drinks are great and the atmosphere is awesome. Located downtown so its the perfect spot for a nice dinner or lunch. Highly recommend
The other night I went to Mel’s. I am a 12 year-old boy and I went with my friends and my Coach. Overall, the food was very, very good and the clam chowder was delicious, but that wasn’t even the best part. We were talking to the bartender named Johnny and he was the best bartender ever. He was giving us baseball trivia questions and we were talking about baseball in general. He was really nice the entire time and he gave us cherries.
