I have been going to Dr. Richieri for a long time (15 to 20 years), and for the longest time it was a wonderful place to take my dogs; they were very professional, very caring, and great customer service, and Dr. Richieri is a fantastic Vet that really cares about his furry patients. However, the past couple of years the long time staff that were there have left and they have been hiring young kids that are rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and treat the customers very bad.
