Richard very promptly repaired my 1999 TV/VCR combo in the estimated two days and for a reasonable price. He was extremely kind, professional and did a wonderful job! 10/10 recommend calling Richard for your vintage electronic repair.
3 stars because he's a good guy, but has more repair projects than he can handle on his own. Its almost been a year since I left my TV with him, went to take it back today because he kept telling me it would be another few weeks x5. Then told me he couldn't find the service manual. He had to move several other projects to get to my TV on the floor and with dust and cobwebs on it, had been there unmoved for a long while. I recommend trying to find another place as at the very least, his mountain of projects is quite large at ... read more

It really is amazing that after being a technician for over 20 years in a different field that out of the five stores, I called, everyone I Called Wouldn’t give me an answer in any constructive way. By the way, this store tried to tell me that the issue wasn’t what I know it to be. None of the stores in the city seem to want to make any money and think TVs are unfixable when they are the actual easiest things in the world to fix.
