Horrible property management company! Highly don’t recommend. It was hard to get maintenance request, complained about mold in the home & nobody ever came, & they are rude.
I would NEVER-EVER rent from Melrose again. I stayed in one of their properties for four years. Jake in the office is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called a couple of times for plumbing issues; the maintenance person was rude as well. When I was moving out, the president of the HOA came over and told me I could NOT park the moving truck in my driveway while the movers were carrying my things out.
