Prior tenant here . During Covid we had reserved the pool . The day of he tells us he gave the pool access to someone else . He not only told us the max amount of people but then told us we cannot have more than 5 which we planned for more. While the other family already had 7 people there . We had a recent covid dead and couldn’t make rent but were protected by the federal rent bill during pandemic .
