My medication was submitted to the pharmacy. See this wouldn't have been an issue but I tried to call this location with no response. I had to physically go back to this location to tell you guys that the prescription medication I received for my flu was never sent to the pharmacy. All of this could have been solved with 1 call.
FINALLY! I HAD ENOUGH OF THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE IT IS COMPLETE GHETTO! I GOT THERE AT 11:30 AM ON ONE VISIT FOR FEVER COLD ECT.. I GET OUT OF THERE AT 3:30 PM!!!! ONCE, I ASKED THE LADY WHAT IS GOING HERE? SHE SAID TO ME, THAT SHE WAS FROM THE HOOD! WHAT???? THEY ARE SO LAZY!!! THEY NEVER RETURN A CALL!! THEY NEVER REFILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS! MY PHARMACY CALLS 10 TIMES TO NO AVAIL! IT IS SO, THEY MAKE YOU COME BACK TO HIS OFFICE, SO HE CAN CHARGE THE INSURANCE MORE! Do NOT go here if you require regular medical care. They are TERRIBLE AND THEIR MISTAKES ARE AFFECTING MY LIFE IN A BIG WAY. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!
