I'm so impressed by David and his team. My rugs came back looking like new, despite the difficult task I gave them -- dirt and grime caused by large dogs, wine, gravy, blueberry pie, daily traffic, etc. They care about my rugs as much as I do, and made sure to place them perfectly in my home when they returned them.

Melrose Oriental Rug has done a fabulous job cleaning several of our rugs. The friendly, knowledgeable team are a pleasure to work with, and their inventory of new rugs and carpets is extensive and select. Take some time while your there to look around: you're likely to find something special!

I recently had two area rugs of which one of them was my cherished oriental rug cleaned by them, and I could not be more impressed. They managed to remove wine, coffee, food stains where other companies I've used had failed. The owner, Dave, and his two team members came out for pick up and delivery. They were professional, courteous and took great care in handling the rugs. They were also very punctual and respectful of my space. This is a 50+ year-old hooked rug that my grandmother made me. It lost a fight with a 4 month old puppy, but thanks to the artists who work with Melrose Oriental, you'd never know. It's not the quality of rug they're probably used to handling, but it's dear to me, and I'm grateful for the care they took in repairing it.
