Our experience with Melrose Oriental Rugs was fantastic. Dave and his team are super helpful and knowledgeable, and the rugs they sell are beautiful. They really went above and beyond for us; when we weren't quite happy with the rug we chose once we got it home, we went back to the store and they showed us even more options and swapped it for us. Five stars!

I understand he has been in the family business since he was 11 years old! We have been going to Melrose Oriental Rug for several years now. David works his magic and does a great job making our rugs new again (and we have pets). We recently purchased 2 new rugs for our home. They look great!! We were not sure which ones would work in our home and David suggested we take them all home and see them in our space. Brilliant. I have a white wool/viscose handmade rug that I thought was ruined by pet stains and water damage but they made it new again! Everyone was very friendly and professional. They carried the rug to and from my car, assessed the price up front and were clear about expectations yet they exceeded them in both quality and time to complete the work. Below are pics of before and after. I highly recommend their rug cleaning expertise.
Dave and his team at Melrose Oriental Rug did a fantastic job with my oriental carpet cleaning and repair. Their turnaround time was fantastic too! When their competitors quoted me 6-8 week turnaround, Dave returned my rugs in 3 weeks! I can’t recommend them enough!
