I brought in an antique rug (100+ yo) in for cleaning and to repair tears and obvious wear. My goal was to limit further damage. The quality of the repairs far exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled to be able to continue to enjoy the rug in my home. I wish I had a before and after photo! Thank you for helping to preserve this loved family heirloom.
Excellent experience with true craftspeople! I called the shop and was fortunate to be able to chat directly with Dave about options for an enormous Sarouk rug that's been in the family for 75+ years, and had never been washed and was about to be junked or sawed into pieces because, like, who has room for a 20" red rug these days? Our experience with Melrose Oriental Rugs was fantastic. Dave and his team are super helpful and knowledgeable, and the rugs they sell are beautiful. They really went above and beyond for us; when we weren't quite happy with the rug we chose once we got it home, we went back to the store and they showed us even more options and swapped it for us. Five stars!

We have been going to Melrose Oriental Rug for several years now. David works his magic and does a great job making our rugs new again (and we have pets).
