I apologized that got there 10 mins late, the check in lady said the doctor was already seeing someone else, so she asked us to wait in the waiting area. After 20mins, they came back saying they had to reschedule me because according to their Late policy if a patient is 10 mins late they have to reschedule. Yes, we were 10 mins late and the doctor was already seeing somebody else. And she said she checked the clock we were 11 mins late🤣. This office used to be great. Now no one answers the phone. I left a message an no one returned my call. I have been going to Melrose internal medicine for 35 years. Time to find a new doctor!

Dr. Mora is the first doctor I've ever had that took the time to really be interested in my health. No platitudes here, she listens and works with you for resolution. Best doc I've had in many many many years! Office staff is lovely and helpful.
