Terrible customer service ! After installing a glass shower door, shortly after, the rubber water seal came unglued. I called **** for a replacement and he made an appointment for a Saturday (5-29-21) 11am. **** never showed and never called when I called him he would not answer. 9 days later, curiously, I called **** to see if he would honor the Melrose glass warranty.
