Great place - well maintained & quiet. Super location
Been living here for awhile now. Great small, quiet, gated community close to Downtown Mill. Property management makes it easy, you just have to message through the portal or via text for questions and maintenance issues. I talk over the phone for a living, it's the last thing I want to do LOL!
If you want an intrusive, non responsive management company where homeless people come and steal your bikes and break into cars and wash in the pool however they don’t car. This is the place. The management and or owner that we have dealt with is very rude. They have given us so many 2 day notices to let people tour our apartment while we aren’t home and so many notices to enter our apartment which is so uncomfortable knowing people are just allowed to enter into my home when im not there.
