Renting from this place was a nightmare
Este lugar está lleno completo de mildu mouoo no sirve viví ahí 5 años me enferme demasiado por el mildu,lo pinta sienpre porque esta infestado
Absolutely the worse rental experience ever. Management does nothing to maintain the property or units and then upon move out refuses to refund security deposits and bill you for normal wear and tear of the unit. Management (Tampa Bay Property Management Group/ Elly Nesis) is attempting to collect $1200 for painting and repairs to the unit which is due to lack of maintenance request being completed.
