☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unfair Deposit Charges – Beware I had a terrible experience with Tampa Bay Property Management Group after moving out of my apartment. I left the unit in good condition, yet they kept my full $500 security deposit and then claimed I owed them an additional $2,100 for things like repainting, odor removal, and “deep cleaning” – without providing a single photo, receipt, or estimate. The management and/or rental agents blatantly disregard the Florida Fair Housing Act's statute which states that "a landlord may not prevent tenants from inspecting housing". You must pay $89 to apply for the listing, based on a video only, and if your application is accepted then you meet with an "realtor" to sign your lease and pay to move in.
