We have only been here a little over 2 weeks now, but really enjoy it a lot, the staff is friendly, and maintenance is right on any problems we have had, no complaints... I suggest if you looking to downsize as we did, check out Melrose Apartments... cannot wait till summer to hit that big nice swimming pool either.. We have met a lot of the tenants and all are friendly as can be... and as for quiet this place is quiet real quiet, they have good security lighting on the grounds as well... Louie & Barbara
