I've reached out to Melrose Air multiple times in the past for my heater repair needs and I must say, I've always been impressed with their service. Whether it's Gregory, Mason, or Chase, or even their office staff, they've always been prompt, courteous, and highly professional. big thanks to the melrose air team! i've personally benefited from your ac repair and maintenance services and have recommended you to others. i know an elderly lady who suffers from anxiety and she's scheduled for regular ac tune-ups. your staff, particularly gregory, went the extra mile to check in on her, even taking time out of their lunch break to walk through the process with her. they even wrote instructions on her ac unit on how to install the filter. her usual appointment is due soon, where she'll get her unit tuned... read more
