We came home for the weekend and found our AC was only blowing warm air. Mason from Melrose Air arrived quickly and put in a temporary fan motor to get things working. After a couple of hours, the fan stopped again, but Mason found a faulty capacitor and fixed it fast. My furnace stopped working after 20 years. I got five estimates, and Melrose Air offered the best price. I worked with Douglas, who has many years of experience in furnace repair. He didn’t try to upsell me or push any extra services I didn’t need. Since my old furnace was also 20 years old and the evaporator coil needed replacing too (it sits right on top of the furnace), it made sense to replace both at the same time.
