Terrible experience. I told her to cut just a little off my daughter’s hair, and the first thing she asked was if she should do a bob cut—as if that’s the only style she knows. I clearly said no, just a few inches shorter, but she went ahead and chopped off nearly 8 inches and did a bob cut. When I pointed out that it was much shorter than what I asked for, she showed no accountability, just kept saying “she looks nice.” Never going back!!!!!
