Had Kim today for my son’s haircut. She did a wonderful job repairing a bad home haircut (bad bangs) and handling my son who’s crying. Due to financial restraints we couldn’t tip as much as we’d like but we need to give a shoutout to Kim. Thank you so much ❤️
Absolutely unacceptable. We've been taking my son here for a while now, the normal lady who cuts his hair wasn't in. We got some lady with short brown hair who was the most unprofessional and ignorant person I've ever met. She had my son crying screaming asking to stop that it hurts as she squeezed his face and jerked his head around as if he was a baby alive doll. Then when his mother asked if she could stop squeezing our sons face she rudely said "you want his hair cut or not"
I went there to get my kid’s first haircut. The lady giving the haircut was behaving as if she is working for free. She immediately started cutting the hair without giving my kid to adjust to the environment. She completed the entire hair cut in just 4 mins. When my kid was crying out loud with tears she asked me with an attitude if I want to continue the haircut or take the kid. I don’t know about other kids haircut place but I expect the barber to atleast give 15 mins for the haircut and not rush it, especially if it is th... read more
