Melody and Ralph are experts in home sales within the Happy Trails community in Surprise. They were very familiar with the process of selling homes in that unique neighborhood. Melody and Ralph were recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They were friendly and accommodating and saw to each detail carefully. It was a smooth and problem free experience! Our home sold on the second showing! We would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

Melody & Ralph Leonard are the greatest realtors I have ever used & they certainly earned their comission on this purchase. I just closed with a seller that was extremely uncooperative & an agent that was very slow in responding.
