Moldy apartment when I first moved in. Trivialized by the manager as ‘mildew’. I bought my own mold test kits to confirm what I knew was in the vents and around the windows. Ongoing construction, resulting in my having to get my tires replaced twice and fixed 3 times. A lot of nails and I picked up several nails and screws over the months to prevent someone else or myself from having to fix or replace a tire. No accountability whatsoever on the managers part.
