Dr. Melody Quenzer and staff are awesome. So very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Quenzer took the time to explain all procedures and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Eye Q Optometry for all of your optometry needs!

Was this provider friendly? Extremely Friendly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? They were average Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Would you recommend this optometrist to others? Yes Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments? Yes, they always help me out Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
