If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my mother to this nail salon after booking an appointment. As we enter everything was fine, we were waiting for the nail technician to finish up with another customer and eventually my mother's time had come. But as she is about to start we notice that the technician is putting the SAME gloves she used on the previous lady with dirt and bacteria and not only that, she used the SAME exact equipment without even SANITIZING it. I recently moved to the East Coast and oh, how I miss Pauline! She and Julie ++ took care of my nails for about 25 years! They are the best - and never complained that I didn't always space my visits close enough! It was always a pleasant and relaxing visit, and I highly recommend Melody Nails.
