I had a disappointing experience with this doctor due to a lack of thoroughness and problem-solving. I was prescribed a medication that carries potential risks to the liver before any diagnostic testing was done to confirm whether I had the condition the medication was intended to treat. When the medication didn’t help, only then was a diagnostic test performed—one that ultimately came back negative for that condition. First time meeting her was for an emergency for a burn I got on my leg. She was quick to help me as I was in pain and needed attention on my burn. I found her to be very compassionate and very helpful in my time of need. So appreciate her!
The doc and the tech were both excellent. The doc answered all of my questions and the tech was also very intelligent and competent. The office is well run and timely. Highly recommend
Yesterday was the first time I saw Dr Maarouf; she is wonderful. I had my annual skin check, and she was thorough and took time to answer my questions.
