Lots are big! You don't get much for $731 a month. We have been here 15 years. Opinions vary by who you speak to as to how the place is managed. You will pay School tx, property tx, trash removal. Plus all other up keep. Here is an update on the Mobile Home Park we have now been here since September 15, 2004. Lot rent to high , no emergency maintenance available
Funny this came up for me to review, as I live here and am proud that I do. It's a lovely community and well kept. Within the last 3 1/2 years many new homes have gone up; replacing those that have seen their better days. Of course they're keeping up with the industry and the prices reflect that as well.
