It's a nice park. A couple down sides are: The lot rent goes up every year. You might be better off trying to get a mortgage on a regular house. Also they charge an extra 75 dollars a month for any extra adults in your home. So no adult children or elderly parents living with you unless you want to add on to the already skyrocketing lot rent. I'm sure that would make resale of your mobile home more difficult. It is something to think about.
