Avoid this insurance agency, they make false accusations on people’s MVR record and give outrageous insurance quotes just to make more money. They were stating there was a charge on my motor vehicle report I even sent in my MVR report which it did not state that charge, and she was trying to tell me that it was ran through the state of Texas, but I never lived in the state of Texas. I just moved here never drove in Texas.causing my insurance to be jacked up to $8k for a 6 month premium. Yikes.
Melody Whipple is incompetent and doesn't care about her business. She didn't care that I told her she doesn't value me as a customer. Stay away!
What is going on? Can get anyone live or to return calls.
