I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel like I should for these apartments! Pros: The staff, the community, accessibility, amenities! Cons: Kind of in a rough area, but feels secure thanks to our security staff in the evenings and the apartment requires fob access. Melody Jabooda has very quickly become my home. I've lived in various places in various conditions and I believe Melody Jabooda has blown it out of the park for me. Do not rent here. I truly believe the staff is the most important part of choosing an apartment, and unfortunately, this staff is not it. They are consistently rude and act bothered whenever a resident comes into the office. Erin and Ben (the assistant manager and manager) are especially unpleasant — very rude and snooty. I’ve lived at Melody Jabooda for two years, and the place has definitely improved over time. The exterior got a fresh coat of paint recently, and I’ve noticed better upkeep in the common areas. It's not luxury, but it’s clean, quiet, and feels safe.
