Management won't notify you in advance to enter your apartment , or they'll tell you they'll be entering but actually aren't. Counting down the days until my lease is up and I can get out of here. I was told they would be entering to check my fire alarm for testing and they never entered, but entered two times without telling me in advance. Its 50/50 if management will respond to you even if you're concerned or they tell you that they'll follow up but won't.
The back door on building 29 is constantly propped open or doesn't latch shut. There have been non residents sleeping in the building multiple times because of this. I've been contacting management about this issue since February whenever an incident occurs and nothing is ever done.
Honestly loved the year that I lived here. Would have stayed longer if I didn't buy my own place. Good people living here, regular carpet cleaning in the shared hallways, quick responses to maintenance requests. Biggest thing to consider when moving here is that you'll get an A/C window unit, so if you're used to central A/C, it can be a rough adjustment.
