Mel was GREAT! As we were out of state buyers to this property, she was more than willing to cordinate a virtual showing of the home for us and answered our many questions. She was also very great at keeping up updated/in line for certain deadlines throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Mel!!! If you're looking to buy or sell- Call Mel!
Melodie was very helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond in helping us find business's to make the repairs that were necessary on the property we were selling. She was always very nice and cordial when working with us. She was always on time for out meetings and always responded in a timely manner to our questions and any updates about the sale
Felt like we were jerked around by her through the entire process, she seemed to go out of her way to be rude and awful to us, poor communication on her end to us, called her and left a voicemail about some questions I had on a property, instead of returning my call she sent me a snarky email and then ignored my next email. She then emails me a week later trying to see if she could get us to put in an overpriced offer on a junky property that was already overpriced.
