Melodie was perfect for my husband and I as first time home buyers. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain processes in a way we could understand. When asked, she gave advice and pointed out things we may have missed while looking at homes. Every message was responded to in a timely manner which helped us find our dream first home quicker than we even expected! We would definitely work with her again.

I am glad to give Melodie a 5 star review. She gives guidance but listens to what we want as a buyer and seller. I've used Melodie to purchase 3 homes in the last 25 years. This last home we sold she went above and beyond to help make our home appealing to the buyers that were out there. She is willing to involve outside resources to find any way to push our home to the top of viewers list. She is very prompt with answering or responding. And her eye for the little things is impeccable.
Melodie was amazing to work with while searching for my first home! She always responded to my questions quickly and was great at pointing out potential things that may need to be fixed on homes we toured, even things I never saw or would have never thought about. Not all realtors have that type of honesty and integrity, but with Melodie she truly is trying to find her clients their best fit while staying within a budget. I cannot recommend Melodie enough to anyone looking for a home!
