Felt like we were jerked around by her through the entire process, she seemed to go out of her way to be rude and awful to us, poor communication on her end to us, called her and left a voicemail about some questions I had on a property, instead of returning my call she sent me a snarky email and then ignored my next email. Melodie Hawkins is a wonderful real estate agent. She recently sold our house and everything about the experience was great. She responded to our inquiry immediately. From the moment she looked at the property she knew what needed to be done. A two bedroom house on two acres is an odd duck, but she found all the right comps and very accurately determined a listing price. As we moved through the process there were no surprises.
