Everything is great. Loved only being a short distance to the beachfront.
This beach condo was perfect for my newly husband and i’s honeymoon. We stayed here as we waited to sail out on our cruise here in Cape Canaveral! It was clean, stocked with all the essentials you’d need for a perfect beach day, for some cooking, and wifi services to sit back and watch your favorite show during downtime. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Great stay. And would stay here again 😊
If you are in Cape Canaveral I highly recommend staying here. Tony and Zee are super responsive. The beds and couch are comfy for when you are inside. The pool and beach are steps away and both perfect temperatures. The laundry room being right across the hallway was great.
I had a great experience selling my house with Tony Melo. There were multiple roadblocks created throughout the process by the lawyers of course. I don’t have anything good to say about the lender or the lawyers involved. Tony was very knowledgeable and patient. He went way above and beyond with getting the title 5 done along with the water meter reading and a lot of other tasks. He answers his phone 7 days a week. We had a wonderful experience working with Tony. He had many hoops to jump threw with this sale but did everything perfect. I highly recommend him. He is very capable and experienced of any sale you might have. Very Very pleased!!!!
