This beach condo was perfect for my newly husband and i’s honeymoon. We stayed here as we waited to sail out on our cruise here in Cape Canaveral! It was clean, stocked with all the essentials you’d need for a perfect beach day, for some cooking, and wifi services to sit back and watch your favorite show during downtime. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Great stay. And would stay here again 😊
If you are in Cape Canaveral I highly recommend staying here. Tony and Zee are super responsive. The beds and couch are comfy for when you are inside. The pool and beach are steps away and both perfect temperatures. The laundry room being right across the hallway was great.
I had a great experience selling my house with Tony Melo. There were multiple roadblocks created throughout the process by the lawyers of course. I don’t have anything good to say about the lender or the lawyers involved. Tony was very knowledgeable and patient. We had a wonderful experience working with Tony. He had many hoops to jump threw with this sale but did everything perfect. I highly recommend him. He is very capable and experienced of any sale you might have. Very Very pleased!!!!
Above & Beyond says it all! Tony is the best. Not only is he responsive and knowledgeable, he is caring and hard working. Tony ensures all the pieces are in place and if they are not he does everything he can to assist in making it happen, even snow blowing a drive way! This is our second time purchasing a home with the help of Tony and we could have not done it without him. Highly recommend Tony and his agency, forever grateful.
