I recently had a facial with Aubrey in June and brow lamination done today by Aubrey, and I cannot recommend her enough! The entire session was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that Aubrey took the time to educate me on exactly what products I need to start my new skincare routine, which was so helpful. Can't say enough great things about Riana! I had a microdermabrasion facial today, and she made the entire process seamless. It was my first time receiving this treatment, and she explained every step, making me feel comfortable from start to finish! She was also incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout the appointment. Lastly, my skin already feels more smooth and refreshed after just one treatment, so I can't wait to go back! 😊
Something about the vibe is off at this school. The student that worked on me was nice. During the facial, she mentioned she’s a little confused about what they’re learning, and that the people in charge are not doing their job ordering products. The place doesn’t feel welcoming. The owners need to review or take a class in customer service and management.
