I have never left a salon feeling as upset and disrespected as I did after my appointment at Mell Style Hair Studio. What should have been a professional experience turned into one of the most uncomfortable salon visits I’ve ever had. My hair left the salon extremely damaged — it felt overly processed, stretchy, and almost gummy when wet. I got a keratin treatment and haircut with Mel and I couldn’t be happier! She’s truly a professional and did an amazing job. I left feeling so happy with my hair. The salon is clean, welcoming, and easy to book with. Mel is not only talented but also such a kind, lovely person. Highly recommend!
