I have never left a salon feeling as upset and disrespected as I did after my appointment at Mell Style Hair Studio. What should have been a professional experience turned into one of the most uncomfortable salon visits I’ve ever had. My hair left the salon extremely damaged — it felt overly processed, stretchy, and almost gummy when wet.
