Wonderful first experience at Mellow Nails, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is clean and my nails came out great. I will be going back.

Got robbed of my money. After I gave them a decent tip, the person at the front stood over me and demanded more money saying “that’s it?” And as if that wasn’t enough, “give me that five.” I’m literally in middle school and a girl who came in alone. I’m pretty sure that’s why I was cornered into giving more money. It was so unnecessary and I felt so uncomfortable. It’s not like the nails were cheap either and for average quality at that. Robbing a student when you could make a long time customer. Shame.

They do nails very decently and precisely. Unfortunately, they do not clean their instruments properly. My fingernail became infected with fungus. Beware that sanitation and cleanliness are not prioritized with Mellow Nails.

Truly exceptional service! The staff was unbelievably kind, welcoming, and attentive—some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced in a long time. They made us feel right at home and did an incredible job on our nails. We’re based in Brooklyn but plan to keep coming back just because of how great the experience was. This place is the definition of warm, professional care—and totally worth the drive.
