I have been eating at this Mellow Mushroom for the past 4 years and have yet to have a meal short of excellence. I always request Ida for she always does an excellent job and treats us like family.
Wonderful atmosphere. Clean. Excellent food. Outstanding service from management and all team members. Special shout out to Ms. Ida for making me and my son always feel special when we come in for lunch.
I have never had a bad experience at Medlock Bridge Mellow Mushroom. I usually dine in, but take out and catering have always been perfect. The staff and managers are great people. They know the regulars and make new comers feel at home.
The catering department is awful. I've used them for work, and they're always late, the pizza is cold, and other things have gone wrong, too. They don't care about catering customers at all. I wouldn't be surprised if it carries into their daily business at the restaurant as well.
Taylor was wonderful as usual. Food was great as always!
