Bob really saved the day. My relatives and I are in Lynchburg for a funeral. It was a very long and emotional day. Back at the hotel after pouring down rain at the cemetery, I ordered pizza and salad for the group on 9. Somehow, in all the distractions, even after I put in my CC info, I must have missed the final step. Long story short, I realized this after waiting an hour. If you're a business professional or employed and on a lunch break from work then DO NOT come here. 1. Waited 45min and was forced to leave without getting my pizza. 2. The BGM is soooo LOUD that if you have to take a business related call then you have to walk outside and away from the building because they have the audio cranked!
Fantastic service consistently every time I go. And it's pizza the way fast casual restaurants used to make pizza years ago. Quality ingredients done right.
These guys catered a wedding and the food and service were excellent! When we had to make a last minute adjustment, the manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us. And the pies were AMAZING! We love Mellow Mushroom!
Delicious pizza and excellent customer service. My family catered this pizza for a large event and everything arrived perfectly on time and delicious. The staff was a breeze to work with and they were able to accommodate many complex dietary restrictions. The manager personally made sure that everything went smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved the pizza selections and the Lynchurg local favorite pizza topping option. 5 stars all around, highly recommend!
