Well I got there more then 45mins before they where suppose to stop serving salads they say eveytime they stop at 10pm well they just stop serving really when every they feel like it the service of this resturant has gone down its not like it was when I first started going there there service is really bad

Well , we arrived around 4:30 and not busy. Told they are out of Hoagie bums so no sandwiches. Seated quickly. Order taken. And then we wait, and wait, and wait. Waitress comes by after 30 minutes to check and says food almost out. 5 minutes later manager. Apologizes , they lost our ticket and have it going. the meal will be on them. The GM comes over and apologizes. Then we wait, and wait. 25 minutes later waitress says she sorry. I simply state, don't apologize where is our food.
