Beyond disappointed as we are regulars at this location! We came in this evening as a Family of 6. We were told by Christina (Front house manager) that she refused to seat us because we were not wearing a mask. (Both have medical condition preventing) AND, we have NEVER had to have our mask on here at all before & we are here at LEAST once every two weeks! My family of 6 came here for dinner a year ago. It took 20 minutes for a server to even greet our table. We immediately placed our order. An hour later we still had no food and nobody had checked on our table. My husband went and found a manager who then told us the server forgot to place our order.
