This dinner was so delicious. We got the Greek salad and a calzone and added grilled chicken to both - I was worried the grilled chicken would be low quality because of the price - but it was very good. We got the calzone with feta cheese, grilled chicken, bacon, and spinach- definitely recommend. The feta cheese in the salad and calzone was so delightful, too- high quality ingredients really make a huge difference. I really hadn’t been to Mellow Mushroom in a long time, but it will be back in the rotation now.
It’s the Applebees of pizza places. It’s fine! Really, it is. Nice beer selection, pizza is good, lots of variety. Broad street is a nice location, outdoor seating is a good vibe. Staff was competent. Not sure I’d make a point of going back but I wouldn’t avoid it either.
