Our food was delicious. Our server Brooklyn was excellent, always smiling.
Chef cutting corners to cut kitchen costs? Calzones are made with mozzarella AND ricotta. When ordering from the regular menu (not the lunch special), be sure to ask your server to make sure that the chef uses ricotta. No ricotta once or twice, I can understand. Maybe they were out. But this happens on a consistent basis. Today's order was delivery. I should have known better, but ordered anyway. Guess what? No ricotta! A Calzone without Ricotta is just a mishaped Stromboli!!! I wish I could remember the name of our server, because she was the nicest part of the whole experience (short curly-haired, very animated, genuine, and attentive). Pizza and subs were very good like always, though the spinach salad was reportedly disappointingly in flavor and composition. We do miss the mushroom soup though.
