UPDATE: Spoke to their manager one on one and was very impressed by how she handled the situation. Definitely helped change my mind and will be returning. Looking forward to see her improvements the next time we go back. Their food is generally always good. But the last few times we have been the service has been awful. Twice now we have waited 15 minutes just to be greeted by a server. We walked out the second time because nobody ever greeted us. Will probably not be going back anytime soon.
Absolutely horrible service for the 2nd time in two weeks. We eat there a lot or use to, but the last few times we went we waited for 15 minutes before we were greeted. The server didn't even act like he knew what he was doing. We went again tonight and sat for 5-10 minutes and were never greeted. Watched the hostess sit on her cell phone without even alerting the server in the section we had been seated. We ate at Mellow Mushroom today and the service was great...I ordered a calzone and it came out incorrect...our waitress didn't even bring it to the table until she told me that they were fixing another...I told them not to worry about fixing another that it would be ok...not only did they fix me another and put it in a to go box they also didn't charge me for the first one even after I asked them too...that was awesome customer service...I highly recommend this location

Ordering over the phone, waiting thirty minutes, arriving and having at least four people walk passed before stopping to help me and then being told you never put in my order was pitiful service. Really great Sunday night. Thanks mellow.

Every time we go the food and service are fantastic! Love the house special calzone! Make sure you ask for Michael or Chandler....very friendly and attentive!

I found my experience absolutely enjoyable! I liked the atmosphere and our waitress was spot on too! She was very friendly and the price is about what I would expect! Awesome service and great food will bring me back any day
