Very disappointed. Their standards have dropped. We have come here quite often but today they messed up. We waited for more than an hour for our food. Only when we went and checked, they told us that they completely forgot to put in our order! Very poor customer service.
Let me start by saying, I never write reviews, but after this evening, I felt the need to do so. It’s a normal Friday night, my two kids are starving and there’s no wait and the restaurant is half empty - perfect. We wait 10 full minutes after being sat before the server comes over. I should have known right there to walk out, but my kids were starving. You can tell the servers didn’t want to be there. She was about as personable as a pizza box. Literally the best mellow mushroom in Raleigh.
Visiting the area looking for quality vegan pizza. This place was so delicious and they use the best ‘follow your heart’ brand vegan cheese. Our Server Brett and the manager created such a positive personal experience! Great atmosphere too!
