Food was good, but the overwhelming stinch of sewer gas made the visit unpleasant. We watched 3 couples ask to be moved from the table closest to the restrooms. Let us know if and when you get it fixed. Wont be back until its fixed.

Great food, great beer menu, great people. MM is our go to place to go.
Great food, wait staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our waiter, Josh, was awesome, never had to ask for a refill and he knew the menu well. We had a special order, Josh said, "I'll make it happen". The dinner music selection was excellent as well, upbeat, feel good tunes at the perfect volume. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

This was our first time eating there and it was delicious. We had the portobello mushroom and mighty meaty pizza. We were there after lunch so we were served quickly and our waiter Josh, was great. We will surely go back.

Best pizza in Myrtle Beach so far. Crust was delish as was the red sauce. While our waitress never showed up, Dave filled in. While he forgot to provide silverware, he made up in attentive service thereafter. Overall, we enjoyed the dining experience. Even Wade, the GM came to our booth and welcomed us, as it was our first time at any Mellow Mushroom. We will go again.

I loved my meal st Mellow Mushroom. I had the portabella cheese sandwich which had artichokes, Roma tomatoes, greens, sprouts on toasted French bread I asked for some avocado slices. Love that the menu had calorie counts on each item so you can make smart choices. We will be back.

We had a terrible experience. Our waitress never introduced herself, never came to check on us and got our order wrong. Somebody else came over to explain the mix up and give us our food. Waited for almost an hour for food that did not meet expectations. Would not return.
Food was good, but the service was horrible. Had a group of 7, and took 10 minutes for the water to come over and introduce himself. He took our drink order and food order at the same time, and took another 10 minutes to bring our drinks. One drink glass wasn't clean. Our food came out in a timely manner and when he dropped it off we asked for refills and those took another 10 minutes for him to bring them to us.
