I recently experienced my first Watsu Therapy with Sarah - who is gentle and deeply present. It was an amazing experience of being held and of releasing. The flowing movements in the water are like dancing without constriction. Sarah's guidance is reverent and she brings a sacred quality to the session.
I have so enjoyed a few Watsu sessions with Sarah. She is a beautiful practitioner, holding you safe on all levels. Being floated by her is transformational for me, allowing me to LET GO of physical, mental and emotional tensions and embrace ease. In between the movement and the stillness in the warm water, what surfaces and permeates my being is BLISS and LOVE. I have booked a few more before the season ends.
